We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $149 within Australia, from Hobart to Coober Pedy and everywhere in between!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ballina, NSW, 2478. All orders placed before 11am AEST time are usually dispatched same day.

We send most domestic orders with Australia Post or Fastway, whichever is quickest and most affordable depending on your location.

      Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

      International orders may attract customs charges and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes within their own country. Remote Projects is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

      Changes to your order

      If you have made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order, please email as soon as possible, so that we can amend your order prior to sending it.

      Processing and delivery times

      All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at Deliveries are sent during business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
