All orders placed on our website are sent from our Byron Bay office.

We currently offer Free Shipping for all orders within Australia.

We aim to pack and send all orders within one business day of being placed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email, text or Facebook messenger (depending on your preference selected at checkout).

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All orders are sent via Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please and arrive within 1 - 2 business days to Metro areas and within 2 - 3 business days for regional areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are located outside of Australia, we ship your orders using Australia Post or DHL Express.

International Courier (DHL Express)

- Flat Rate $40

- Delivery between 5-10 days (shipping may take longer to some countries)

- Fully trackable

- Signature required

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

International orders may attract customs charges and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes within their own country. Remote Projects is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you have made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order please email hello@remoteprojects.com.au as soon as possible, so that we can amend your order prior to sending it.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@remoteprojects.com.au

Deliveries are sent during business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Remote Projects is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
