Our canvas products are covered by a 10 Year Warranty from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. 

Mould or damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture is not covered by the 10 year warranty and care must be taken to ensure your gear is stored in a well ventilated area.

The warranty does not cover colour fading as this is part of the canvas ageing process.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Remote Projects item through our website or one of our authorised re-sellers & must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. 

Repair is always our preferred course of action. However, if after evaluating your item it is deemed not repairable, we may need to replace your product.

Please note: Our 10 Year Warranty applies to our canvas gear only and does not extend to apparel, caps or other accessories, which are covered for manufacturing defects only.
