• The Sale launches on Thursday 13th November to VIP email subscribers and will last for 24 hours, this is how you get the best deal.
• We launch to the public on Friday at 10am with another non-vip offer.

How does the sale work?

• For the VIP sale - the code will be sent to you via email/sms.
• For the public sale no codes are needed—products will be marked down automatically.
• Excludes Workshop Collection (Swags, Australian made Utility Tarps)
• Sale cannot be combined with other discounts or rewards.

How can I get the best deal?

• Spend over $149 (AU) for Free Shipping.

How long will the sale last?

• Sales usually sell out fast! During our last sale we sold out of best sellers quickly! - shop early to avoid missing out.

Will I receive my order before Christmas?

• Yes! well before Christmas!! All orders are part of our “Under The Tree Guarantee.” If not, you’ll get a full refund - this applies to domestic orders only. If you are ordering from overseas, select DHL as it will be your quickest option.

When will my order ship?

• During our November sales orders ship within 5–14 Working Days

What carriers do you use?

• Australia: AusPost or Fastway.
• International: AusPost or DHL.

Can I use discount codes or Remote Rewards during the sale?

• Unfortunately, no additional codes can be applied.
