Built from our proprietary 12 oz expedition-grade core-spun canvas and lined with 500D CORDURA®, this pack is made for years of hard use. At 28L (expands to 30L) and 1.4 kg, it’s the ideal size for everyday carry or 1–2 week journeys carrying the bare essentials.

A versatile webbing system and side compression straps give you multiple ways to secure a groundsheet, blanket, hatchet, or extra kit. Whether you’re riding your motorbike to work, hiking in the bush, or boarding a plane to Indonesia or Sri Lanka, the Rugged Backpack is your reliable companion that will tell a story for years to come.

The harness and pack includes a belt strap, adjustable sternum strap with an integrated whistle, metal tension buckles, and a performance foam back panel for enhanced comfort and support. The laptop sleeve safely accommodates a 15-inch MacBook Pro, while the 2 side pockets keep your water bottles within easy reach.

A rugged side zipper gives quick access to the main compartment — perfect when hunkering down in a swag or clearing security at the airport.

Engineered from proprietary core-spun yarns, our canvas strikes the perfect balance - lighter than Filson Rugged Twill, tougher than Fjällräven G-1000, and unmatched among canvas fabrics in tensile strength.
