Important Information
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 11am AEST are usually dispatched same day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by tracking information once dispatched
International Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Remote Projects declares the full value of all international shipments and includes all required customs documentation.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs duties/taxes, or refusal to accept delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any re-shipping costs required to resend the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

- All deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Friday
- Express deliveries sent via Australia Post may be redirected to your local Post Office if no one is available to accept delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays
