When does the sale run?

• Remote Community first: 30% off for 24 hours from Thursday 12 June, 6pm. The best offer of the sale.
• The sale opens to the public Friday 13 June at 6pm at 20% off.
  
• The sale runs online and in our Bangalow store. Shopping in store? Friday 13 June is Remote Community day, just mention you're a Remote VIP in store. Open 9am to 4pm.

How does the sale work?

• Remote Community members use code REMOTEVIP30 at checkout for the best offer.
• From Friday 6pm, sale prices are marked down automatically. No code needed.
• Excludes the Aus made Remote Swag, utility tarps and bags, and the Rugged Jacket pre-order.

Can I combine it with other discounts or codes?

• No, the sale can't be combined with other discounts, codes or rewards.
• You'll still earn Remote Rewards on purchases during the sale.

How do I get free shipping?

• Spend $149+ in Australia or $350+ internationally.
• Aus made items are excluded from free shipping.

When will my order ship?

• We usually dispatch within 24 hours. During the sale, please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.

What carriers do you use?

• Australia: AusPost or Fastway.
