The short version

Order before 11am AEST on a business day and it leaves our Ballina warehouse the same day.

Free standard shipping across Australia on orders over $149. Most Australian orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Every order is tracked, and you can add Package Protection at checkout to cover it if anything goes wrong on the way.

Australian delivery

We ship with Australia Post from our warehouse in Ballina, NSW 2478.

Swags and Australian Made workshop items are excluded from free shipping. They are made to order and shipped separately because of their size and handling.

New Zealand delivery

Free standard shipping on orders over $149, same as Australia. Swags and Australian Made workshop items are excluded.

Rest of the world

We ship worldwide. DHL Express is the one to choose if you want it quickly and want to watch it move.

Standard International times vary a lot by destination. Check yours on Australia Post's international delivery times.

International orders need a phone number for delivery and cannot be sent to a PO Box or a hotel.

If something goes wrong on the way

Add Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout and your order is covered if it is lost, stolen, damaged or shipped incorrectly, and your return shipping label is covered too. It cannot be added or removed once the order is placed.

Without it, return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost, and a lost or stolen parcel is handled case by case.

Either way, if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will sort it out and cover the cost of getting it back to us. That is your right under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing on this page limits it.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship when the stock lands with us, not when you place the order. The expected window is on the product page. We email you if it moves.

If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, we hold it and send it together once everything is here. Email us if you would rather have the in-stock part now, and we will split the shipment for you.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times start from dispatch, not from when you order, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. Peak periods and carrier delays can stretch them. Deliveries happen during business hours, Monday to Friday. Express parcels may be redirected to your local post office if nobody is there to accept them.

Orders placed after 11am AEST, on a weekend or on a public holiday go out the next business day. You will get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking by email or SMS when it ships.

Customs and import duties

Customs charges, import duties and taxes in your own country are yours to pay. We declare the full value of every international shipment and include the required documentation. Your local customs office is the best place to check what applies.

If a parcel comes back to us because delivery attempts failed, customs charges went unpaid, or delivery was refused, the original shipping charge is not refundable and re-sending it is at your cost. This does not apply where the item was faulty or not as described.

Email service@remoteprojects.com.au as soon as you can. If it has not been packed yet we will catch it.
